I transferred $10.00 to my purse wallet on May 5th 2024, and it's still pending 3 weeks later. At this point I will just close the account. This just speaks a lot of volume I did email the customer service to and responded they will resolve the issue. Since then no communication to even try and refund the transfer just dead silent hoping I will forget and move on. Well if this is the kind of customer service I don't want to do business that way.
