Wonderful gong practices with a lot of variety. The teacher is excellent at explaining the moves, the purpose and different uses for gong. I have been following Jeffrey Chand since 2018 and have been very pleased.

Jeff Chand is a master. As an acupuncturist, he is very knowledgeable of the medicinal aspects of Gong. He is also very kind and accessible and truly wants everyone to be well. The video library is stuffed full of information and routines Jeff has created. He offers many ways to approach increasing your health through gong and has new videos at least monthly. There is a forum for users and to ask quotations, and he does monthly live "qi chats" over Zoom. It's totally worth the subscription
