I'm not citizen of Russian Federation, and now I can’t top up the balance of this wallet. I live in Uzbekistan and there are no ATMs of your bank here. Previously, you could top up your balance from the app OSON, and what I'm supposed to do? P.s. There is no pepsin app. In Payne it says "Проблема с поставщиком услуг".
