Premise is good, but absences aren't sent through to school. I still get
the absent messages from the school. Also, I have tried to log in over the
last few days to check payments, and it keeps saying the email/password is
incorrect. This app is disappointing overall

It's such a pain to log into. The introduction of biometrics was good for a while, but now they never work. So it's email, password, code your mobile... Not even my bank is this locked down.

Some parts of it are great, but the fact that I'm unable to make any payments on it makes it very frustrating. It never accepts my expiry date when I enter my card (has a red box around it despite being entered correctly), and then won't let me continue. I always have to borrow one of my children's laptops to make a payment, which defeats the purpose of having the app on my phone.

This app is rubbish when I log in it says unsuccessful when I click forgot password and put my email in it doesn't send me an email rubbish app DO NOT RECOMMEND
