★★★★★ Excellent App for Active Investors!!! Ques trade's mobile app has been a game changer for all of my investing needs. The app is very fast, reliable, and filled with several excellent features! With this app, I am able to easily check my portfolio, execute trades, etc. The design of the app makes it very easy for new users to navigate. As previously mentioned it is a great app and I will continue to use it for all of my investing needs!

★★★★★ I have been using Quest mobile since sometime. The user interface is clean and navigates effortlessly. Features are easily accessible and well-organized, making it simple to manage my investments.

With that being said there is room for improvement to achieve feature parity with the website. Simple things like transferring money in between Ques trade accounts, and more advanced features like money journaling are also missing.

★★☆☆☆ Why is every time I log in always new login and requires me to go through the hoop of double authenticating?? No other app does this.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible broker, terrible app. Difficult to deal with. Difficult to use. Hardly works and takes forever to do anything (3 days minimum). Hardly works, and takes forever to load. I'll give them cudos for one thing though. They are consistent. Consistently terrible, consisterly terrible. The shoes fit.

★★☆☆☆ Ques trade has very, very poor customer service. I have been put on hold over 1 hour waiting to get through on more than 1 occasion which is unacceptable in a trading day. I received no call backs though I requested them. There is no means via email or other to reach customer service. Recommend any other discount brokerage. Quest is happy to take your funds but if you have an issue with your account you are stuffed.

★★☆☆☆ Open a new TFSA. It was good until I have transferred money and the account locked. Ques trade asked to contact. I was trying to contact, but receive #726 from the waiting list....amazing.
