★★☆☆☆ Worst application, there is no option to pay emi, you need to wait for NACH process, and even after maintaining sufficient balance, they add penalty charges and don't debit the Emi, instead take 2 3 times bounce charges, each bounce cost 590 and every month around 2000 extra is debited, and later they debit the EMI amount, I have complained 100 times to customer care, no response, poor service, also they don't have their customer care number, we need to mail, and you don't get a reply for weeks

★★☆☆☆ Useless app, there is no automatic updates despite making payment early, there is no way to contact customer care, there is no option to foreclose the loan in the app, no response from their team for my email regarding foreclosure. This is just a scavenger app, highly unethical, sending messages to my friends saying I didn't make payments, despite making payments early.
