★★☆☆☆ I don't understand why the platform fee has to be charged for each individual in a trip. Also, the platform fees vary per passenger. Also, now while transferring amount some amount is deducted Please do something about it. At least platform fee can be looked upon

★★☆☆☆ Horrible app, ride request disappeared after having accepted. Ride giver says they don't see my either and I can't find their ride. Wasted 30 mins waiting and eventually cancelled due to this issue. Not finding any other ride now.

★★☆☆☆ Now app is not supporting cash payment and only forcing to add any other payment mode, which I don't want to add. Already raised query 36 hours back with quick ride but still no response. Very bad strategy to stop cash payment directly to driver. There is no way that you can make default payment as CASH.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible experience. Cab came one hour late.
