★★★★★ Most of the time it's excellent. When it doesn't work on occasion (like, you can't sign in), it's horrible. Intuit needs to work on making their apps more reliable in the real world. There is no excuse for not having a 99.999% reliability record! ****Update: I had been using Adguard private DNS server on my android phone. When I disabled that and used a default DNS in settings, then I was able to log in. I wish the app would stay logged in perpetually, regardless of the network status.

★★☆☆☆ Do not install it. Use any other payment app. Intuit does not support this product.

★★☆☆☆ After the update on 3 21 24 my card reader no longer connects. Spent 2 hours with tech support trying to get it to connect. Worst customer service on the planet. Will be switching to another company for my merchant services. What a joke QuickBooks is.

★★☆☆☆ No longer allowing us to request tips on payment and sales receipts not showing up on QuickBooks online app. Absolutely worthless tech support.
