6 hours for each month is absolutely unbelievable. Do you realize most people using this app are in college?? 6 hours is NOTHING! In my opinion, there should be 10 hours per week. That seems more reasonable than only 6 FRICKING HOURS PER MONTH. Fix this, now.

I cannot record my class since my screen will be stuck at the reloading sign. I don't know if it's about my network connection, or it's the app. If it's a network connection problem I don't know how to solve it since I'm using my collage Wi-Fi. Either way, I can't use the app for what I wanted it for.

I was pretty happy with the app until today. I had to record a presentation that was about an hour, and everything was fine until I went to save my file. It said it was processing my file, but once I went to look at it, it only saved 2 seconds of the recording! I had to have this recording to write a paper, and now it is all lost. Thanks for nothing.

I am disappointed in the amount of time it takes for additional minutes to show up in the account and the inability to edit errors in the transcript

It keeps freezing and instead of transcribing sometimes I get errors during urgent situations when I'm trying to transcribe a conversation.
