The scheduling feature has caused issue for me. Booked a plow last night for this afternoon. I also booked a plow for tomorrow morning. Both jobs were accepted, but job scheduled for 2 p.m. today was completed at 6 p.m. by the contractor who accepted tomorrow mornings job. At 6:30 p.m. it showed the 2 p.m. contractor was on the way, I was able to reach out to her by txt to notify her, but the app charged me $10 to cancel it. Prices are better on this app than other app, service was performed well.

Concept is great but app needs work. From the provider's perspective it 1)Needs push notifications instead of texting. 2)Needs a way to turn on and off availability/notifications. 3)Needs ability to narrow down the radius to smaller Than 20 miles. Needs 10 and 15-mile radius. Who in their right mind is going to travel 70 miles (one way) to plow a driveway?!? 4)not a necessary, but would be nice to automatically upload a Google Street view of the drive. #Quickplow, message me for more ideas!

Should be named "Quick draw" instead. Requests are broadcasted to all workers and the first to reply to text message via app gets the job. This means you have to be extremely quick in responding (milliseconds). You can even be viewing a job, and it gets swiped out from under you. Certainly not the same as Uber or Lyft for requests that base them off of proximity and ratings. Good for customers, but bad for workers except for a select few.
