I have stopped smoking! I have to put it down to this app! Don't get me wrong, I want one every now and then, but that itchy need to have one has disappeared. Now I couldn't care less. Before I would have rushed to the shop the minute I ran out of cigs, I ran out last week and just carried on with my life. Smoke-free finally!

I paid for the app too fast. After 7 days of listening to same words again and again, the only motivation to not smoke that I had was because I just didn't want to listen to it again and imagine that bloody elevator. I still smoked though. I only stopped thanks to Niquitin patches that I started using few weeks after I quit this app. The only good thing about it is that it gets so boring after few days that falling asleep is not an issue anymore

Don't waste your time. It's not hypnosis and the approach is all wrong. It gives the impression of being based in psychology, but the application is ineffective. Yes, repetition speaks to the unconscious, however it doesn't do so well with negativity. There are far better ways to quit. Besides this, the app lacks some very basic features and asks you to pay for the most fundamental basic features.

I've been trying to listen every night before sleep, I set it to loop, but the app just shuts itself off. I switched to this app because the last quit smoking app I used did the exact same thing (it was free) - very annoyed that I paid for this, only to receive the same result.
