★★★★★ It's a good app. It is relatively easy to book a taxi as the process is straight forward. I like that the car can be tracked and the details of the car and name of driver. Everything is clear from the moment that your ride has been accepted by the driver. Below are a couple of suggestions that would enhance user experience making the app better. 1. Being able to choose whether you pay via cash or card. 2. There are times when I cannot book a taxi or even cannot use the app.

★★★★★ I find this app really useful. Able to book a taxi in advance or ASAP, and although I can't add a card to pay in-app all the cabs have card readers. It's easy to cancel a ride and I have always had friendly but not overly chatty drivers. The only issue is that every time but once my driver has arrived 10–15 minutes late, so I always book them slightly earlier than I need them to arrive.

★★☆☆☆ Half the time app isn't working and when I phone up to report it they just don't care

★★☆☆☆ Since radio taxis has been taken over the service is terrible I have always booked my taxis for 10:45pm friday and Sunday but taxis always late by 20 to 30 minutes, you've lost my business to tap a taxi!!
