The app is great, but I would like to be able to deactivate currency accounts that are not in use any more (you can only block, not deactivate). Also, when a payment is done, I would like to change the category and note (when payment still on hold) to remember what it was for right a way if possible.

Had to set up a new phone recently. The only happy path supported is a proximity based transfer and requires having control over both devices at the same time. It is secure and convenient, I love it!

Developers have since added warnings ⚠️, very visible; amending the review to follow that. Predatory application be careful. Dependent on where you start your payments from you might end up with app converting your crowns into even more foreign currency, even though balance for the payment is available. This creates a win for the bank of about 10-15% of the payment as now you have to convert back at an even worse rate. Be very, very careful.

The document scanning for self identification does NOT work at all. After a zillion tries, it finally scanned the front side of my czech ID card, but for the back side in the same light and position I see the green progress bar, and then the message "no document was detected" is appearing. I lost so much time on it, and I will still have to go to a bank branch to activate the app. Please turn off the functionality that doesn't work at all, so that people don't waste their time!!!

The worst, most unintuitive online bank design I have ever had. No way to see my card number, cv2 code etc., completely useless, unable to send money using the mobile phone of another person, neither the card number. It literally is missing all necessary functionality. Also be ready that it's unavailable often due to some so-called "maintenance work" which is usually done exactly when you want to transfer money from your saving account to main account :)
