Apps trash it doesn't work, asks to log in using banking app, and it never redirects me. Why not add the lock your card features directly to the banking app n save us all the trouble of this stupid smart card app

The app tries to connect w my existing navy army mobile app, which would be fine to expect after im promoted to login on the mobile navy army app the smart card app doesn't redirect me back to itself(smart card) and if I try to open smart card again after successfully log inning in, I'm redirected back to the regular navy army mobile app

Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still has never worked. Called the bank, and they say the app is working fine, but I've never been able to use it. Very frustrating. Maybe it doesn't work on android
