When the app is working it's good for seeing where the vehicles are, but the other functions just crash every time I use them. Half the time the app doesn't even start up

App was a big part of the selling point when we chose to switch to RAM, hasn't worked for weeks now but according to support I am the only one with an issue. The reviews would suggest I'm not the only one!!
