The website is glitching and won't allow logins. I tried downloading the app and get an error message that seems to think I am a bot. I have had friends to try to sign in on their accounts. They all receive the same error. Things were working fine a few days ago. Today is the start of a new ad. This just cements my resolve to shop elsewhere Sadly

If I could tate it negatives stars vi would. It doesn't let you Look at coupons or weekly add it keeps routing you to a "select how you want to shop" I have to put my zip code, and it says there is nob store available (I live 3 min from one). I choose pick up, and it shows me my store I select it, and I'm told that an error occurs to contact Randalls via chat I do, and the chat ends before I speak to someone and closes the app. Wth why have an app if it is not going to work???

Randall's app no longer allows you to login. Fresh pass can't be used, even though I've been paying for it since 2023. Updated today, no change. Can't use app, can't use rewards, nothing. Says Access Forbidden. Says that I don't have permission to access.
