★★☆☆☆ Cheaper fare = bad service I am from Kolkata, on Durga puja in a city like Kolkata I was only able to get one single cab only one day. I booked cabs from different apps and got instant ride confirmation, although I paid little more. But rapid cab drivers are accepting cabs but are Not coming to location. Ola and Uber rides are costly but comes with better service, AC cars, quick arrival, something I feel rapid drivers know very little about. Overall not happy with this!! Lost a customer!
