I really like the app, but there are many things that can be improved. I'd love to see the search filters adding a "lowest price to highest (with delivery)" and a "price range" option, the tipping system doesn't allow to tip cents and I would like it if the "rappifavor" option didn't have so many problems loading the maps.

Has its downsides but good overall. Seems like devs fixed a bug with card currency always changing, updating to 5 stars.

Very bad expirance I have been getting charged a membership I don't use and this application I don't recommend anyone to add a card payment method I have got charged for over 2 yrs and I can't stop them from charging me

I used to use it constantly, but I stop due the lack of client service efficiency, they don't make the app straightforward to send inquiries. The payment is absurd because it doesn't cover the delivery cost, for starters the food cost more than ordering directly from the place, if you don't want your food cold you have to pay even more, and always you have to pay for preposterous extra fees. Totaly unworthy.

The help button is worthless. Support won't help me. I ordered a coffee combo and never got the coffee. The coffee was worth 6 thousand pesos, they refunded me 3 thousand. Customer support isn't reading my message, they just copy and paste replies. They helped the coffee place steal from me and the people I talk to really don't care about their jobs. Never use this company.

Never buy the pro plan. They will charge your credit card forever, and you won't be able to cancel it. No customer service support email and the app support is not helpful, need to block credit card.
