Can you please create or add the option to use the QR Code once you charge the card, to use at railway stations, most of the time the card is not readable at all?

Ridiculous that there is no warning before your bus contracting is up and that even though anyone with Raghav will have to reload there's eventually that the only way online to do it is with an app that needs a special phone feature that not even all new modern phones (ie Samsung Glaxay Ultra 22) have.

Not user-friendly if booking for an advance date. The minute I try and upload to the Raghav it automatically saves today's date only.

I had used this application for couple of year and it works good. When I opened it to charge rav kav before about 2 weeks, the application opened just on half of the screen of my phone, and it's impossible to see any content. I update to the last released version, and it doesn't help. I tried to contact support trough email several times at one of attempts I received advice to reinstall, but this doesn't assist

I bought a balance for my daughter's card worth 200nis (400nis on a balance). The same day I added a daily pass (39 nis). And the 400nis balance has gone. I can see the payment both on Google Play and on Raghav Online website, but not on the Raghav card. After a week of emails, my money is lost.
