★★☆☆☆ I'm disappointed in the bill pay feature. Ever since they switched to Rave, if I pay my water bill as soon as get an email saying my water bill is on its way (today - 10/17), the earliest pay date is right at the due date (10/24). For the first time in 20 years, I'm sometimes getting late charges.

★★☆☆☆ App works fine, But this bank is probably one of the worst. And if you are sending Belle payments with them, don't. The person you're sending to will not receive it for days, and it'll be taken out of your account immediately. Not to mention their systems were hacked and peoples accounts got hit with transactions from hackers. To add to this, if you have a problem from Friday after 5pm you can forget about it, no support or help until Monday morning. Get with the New Age already.
