★★☆☆☆ Already more expensive than in driver. With the lastest update it asks you for a voluntary tip and immediately notifies the driver if you don't want to tip.

★★☆☆☆ Apparently I was on the ride 1 minute before the Taxi arrived. On top of that he overcharged me because I am a foreigner. He just lied to my face when I asked for the price. I still paid to avoid confrontation. Not recommended!

★★☆☆☆ For whatever reason, I'm not receiving the verification code through SMS, I don't user WhatsApp or Viber, so there's no way for me to get it besides sms, hence I can't use the app. Also, each code attempt has a 15-minute cool down, that's too much.

★★☆☆☆ Awful app, took payment twice from me. Recognized their error and promised to return the funds - never did. Totally untrustworthy. Driver also took a convoluted route for the fee to rack up - I think she presumed I was a foreigner that didn't know my way around the city. Will not use again and certainly wouldn't recommend.
