RM products are intuitive! Use this app. More 4 fishing on Axiom Pro, & so far it's been AWESOME! I check the FF while in the cockpit. If not tech-savvy at all, they made LH4 easy 4 all boater types. Sub-menu's makes it very easy 2 operate. LH Charts; I'm impressed. Crisp/Clean. Controlling my MFD on phone from my salon/cockpit is all about safety for every boater. Use it with Radar/Anchored with the Anchor Alarm while not on the bridge. Great Job RM & Cant Wait 2 Get 2 back & drop a line!🤙🦈

This app has improved no end. Once connected to plotters Wi-Fi you have full control of the plotter. Uploading chart updates at home then transferring to connected plotter makes updating Lighthouse Charts very easy. I also like the screen to display various data block on a separate screen, makes updating the logbook very easy as all the data in one place.

So far, performance is quite good. Make sure you run the start the app with Internet, to log into your account. Then connect phone Wi-Fi to the axiom Wi-Fi access point. It does mean turning Wi-Fi on and off on the viewing device if you still want Internet data via cellular, vs a Wi-Fi connection with local data (axiom) but no internet. Android, Samsung s22.

Miserable Design Flaws. You have to have internet to log in to your Romaine account to access the unit. Ok... login when we have service. Then for an unknown reason the app will crash and log you out. No internet where you are? You can't log in, and you can't access the device. 2nd Flaw = When connected to RM Wi-Fi via the unit you cannot access your own network. Why not allow the Axiom to connect to a primary network? I have $10 Wi-Fi light switches that are more convenient than $1000's in Axioms.

Extremely useless app and far below expectations from a company like Ray marine. Besides the instable connection, you first need an internet connection to log into the app and then you need to change network to the Wi-Fi of you MFD. I realy don't know what Ray marine had in mind by developing this app, but out on the sea we don't have internet (unless you are spending money on satellite communication) and therefore it is not possible to log into the app. This app is useless, next time take Sim rad.
