★★★★★ As a house hunter with a spouse, this has been our favorite of the many real estate apps. The search is easy and intuitive. Geographic bounding is a breeze. Saving homes to a shared list is clean and without hiccups. This app outperforms the full website in almost every way.

★★★★★ I'm looking to buy my 1st home, and have had multiple Home Purchasing/Rent apps for years. Realtor is the Absolute best for me, the layout and menu navigation is a Breeze to understand. I'd recommend this app to everyone.

★★★★★ I want to give a 5 star but constant differences in actual location vs. given location. Using driving directions from the app is not accurate at times. Overall, this app is superior to other house hunting apps. I would like to see a flood zone filter be added, but it might take away from an easy to use simplistic product. The area I used app has several flood zone areas.

★★☆☆☆ App should retain my filter settings and only send notifications based on what I have defined. I use filters to find homes to buy in specific areas. However, when property notifications are sent, they do not retain my filter choices they are sent with filters, all reset. In fact, I am interested in buying and being sent rental properties. Since notifications are sent I would love to see properties that fit my requirements.

★★☆☆☆ Warning: if you click the button to ask a question about a listing, it does not notify the listing agent. Instead, you will be bombarded by realtors seeking to represent you, none of which will answer your question. There is no warning of this and no way to stop the influx. NOTE: THE PROPOSED SOLUTION TO CLICK CONTACT REALTOR IS THE PROBLEM. IT DOES NOT GO TO THE LISTING AGENT. The only way to contact the listing agent is to ignore all buttons and to click on the agent name.

★★☆☆☆ Update of early August still dropped Chromecast support. Even though Google announced the end of the Chromecast, many still exist in wild. Contact Google for help with this issue. Fix ASAP. 3 more updates still no Chromecast support added back in. -1000 stars. It isn't an enhancement, it existed in most of the earlier versions. This is the 2 time I'm aware that it got dropped. Great program revision history
