The guided exercise program is really helpful, so you can do your PT while letting your mind wander and daydream! There are videos and also written descriptions of the exercises which are really helpful as well

Extremely Buggy - Very Frustrating to Use I love the idea of virtual physical therapy. The concept of this app is great however the execution stinks. The app is supposed to have video demonstrations of the exercises - very important. But lately more than half the videos don't work and all you see is a black block where the video is supposed to play. Next the timing is inconsistent. Supposed to do 10 reps, but one tick might be 1 s, the next 1.5 s, the next .75 sec, etc. More but no space.

The app design is very cool in theory but in practice the app freaks out every session. It starts flickering and flashing and halts what ever exercise you were doing. You then have to close out of the app, go back in and start the entire exercise you were on all over again. It's very frustrating!

Had my call with the Dr and that was great but when they send you a link for your treatment plan the link just brings you to the app and won't load the page. It also won't load the home page. I can see my condition page, but it only has videos on how to ice injuries, not the exercises or stretches I was told I would be sent on the app. I've tried reloading, force closing, Wi-Fi, data, etc., but the home page and the link they sent for my treatment plan will not load in the app making this useless.
