★★★★★ Easy to use. You can use it with or without logging in. Shows timetable and travel updates. Can buy both Red Funnel and Red Jet tickets. Does both peak and off-peak. Offers senior rate (website doesn't). Can book additional stuff, like signature lounge - awesome when the ferry is busy! Shows your season ticket if you have it and the balance on travel card (must log in). Far better than booking on the website. Would recommend!

★★★★★ Nice ferry crossing to the Isle of Wight wherever you take your vehicle across or go as a foot passenger via red jet. I prefer the vehicle ferry as it has a café and a bar on board, the vehicle ferry takes about an hour to cross from Southampton to east cowes. Price us a bit expensive for such a short crossing, but irs a nice journey especially during sunny days, you can sit on the top deck and take photos or take it easy with a drink. Definitely recommend red funnel for your next trip

★★☆☆☆ Irritating not to have a 'keep me signed in on this device' option. If it's there, I can't see it.

★★☆☆☆ Up to Red Funnel stds, no access to Rewards or Priority loading and can't use Travel card to pay or get discount despite having to log on, hopeless

★★☆☆☆ Can't pay for tickets using PayPal as it doesn't show as an option, although it is supposed to allow this. Doesn't except my cards as it hasn't updated to banks new security.

★★☆☆☆ I can only sign on as a guest. When setting up an account, it gets almost to the end, and it then shows an error message. It will not allow me to set up an account online. Will this be resolved?
