★★☆☆☆ Pathetic customer support and extremely bad operators, who deny the boarding of bus even after booking the tickets, there is no way to raise a complaint and no one will answer

★★☆☆☆ They didn't start the AC until midnight. It got so claustrophobic and suffocating inside, and we were unable to sleep. Moreover, the bus was not great since it was shaking while driving on small potholes We don't pay such steep fares to end up like this. Bus fare on this route is 2.5x of 2 tier AC trains. Plus, the pathetic support from Redbus. Never recommend anyone. Their chatbots are a waste of time. I have suffered before also with them in Himachal.

In this journey we started from delhi isbt changed 1st bus coz of ac not working, then changed 2nd bus of again lax mi holidays which was having acceleration issue not crossing 20-30 km/hr and then 3rd bus of guess what again lax mi holidays where neither ac nor fan were working. After boarding the bus 10pm in the night morning 6:00am I had to book the cab from some random highway in delhi back to home in delhi. Redbus support here @3:00Am:Arrange your own alternative. Rediculous
