★★★★★ This is a good app with a large choice with in the designated area. The only downside I have is the filters don't seem to be working as you might expect. Keep getting emails with house size smaller than I'm looking for in areas outside requested city. Also keep getting multiple family home while looking for single family homes.

★★☆☆☆ HOA fees are intentionally no longer available for the new listings to increase sales.

★★☆☆☆ Redfin Is full of companies renting single-family homes. With insane fees for everything. A 100.0 application fee, a lease fee, a move-in fee, an admin fee, a pet fee, parking fee. Double rent deposit fee. There is no way to filter out these horrible companies.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible laggy app; removed the whole appointment for me that I had set up when I wanted only one house removed. It also doesn't remove the house when you select remove, it just stays there for a few days then it updates it. All in all, just use the computer if you want to do that. The directions features is pretty nice as you can just go to the app, get the directions for the home scheduled, and it'll put it in maps and take you there.

★★☆☆☆ Keeps showing me units on the south side when I keep programming this search engine to only show me 2 bedrooms on the north side! Plus, it lists the square footage for studios and 1 bedrooms, but doesn't list the square footage for the 2 bedrooms! What kind of app is this? Plus, it doesn't hold the choice filters in place!

★★☆☆☆ Does not update homes when zoom out or change search criteria

★★☆☆☆ The persistent Request Showing button ruins the quality of the pictures. Please remove it when viewing pictures.
