I love Regions Bank in Rogers, AR. my branch at North Gate, everyone at this Regions Bank Branch makes you feel like family soon as I walk in. The tellers all know me by name and go out of their way to help me with all my banking needs. The Branch Manager (Roy Lee) is awesome, never met a better person and doubt there is a better Banking Manager at any bank or branch. If you are not banking Regions Bank and at the North Gate branch of Rogers, then you're missing the greatest banking experience

I haven't been able to log in via the app in 6+ months. Regions denies there's an issue with my account and has ignored multiple requests to get it fixed.

Why is it so difficult to mobile deposit a check? Why does the mobile deposit never work? It always backs out as soon as it reads the check and I have to log back in go through the whole process again try and take the picture of the check again all for it to back out and have me do it all over again. I've done it about 20 times and it's not working. Now I have to go to the bank with my check written on for mobile deposit and fight with them to deposit my check.
