★★★★★ Great store with many great items for outdoor camping and items that necessary for camping

★★★★★ I have been a member of REI for years. Their knowledge of the gear are impeccable. 99% of the things I have purchased have been great. With that said, the app is not up to par. I am finding that when I click on multiple items, they are not showing up with it, saying "items not found." Then the app crashes. I have used this app on multiple phones throughout the years. When I go to the website, those items are there. This app needs more attention and updates to resolve the issue of it crashing.

★★☆☆☆ App needs so much work. Navigation is a pain, but more importantly you are always logging me out! It's such a pain. You're not a bank app. You don't need to log me out every time. This is a terrible customer experience. Long time REI member here, it's been going on for a long time, but you guys have really lost your way. Kill the garage sale, kill the warranty of old, drive to feel more and more like Nordstrom. Use to be super loyal, now EVO, Backcountry, Amazon.

★★☆☆☆ Searching/filtering is difficult, and every time I try to get in to show my member ID to buy something, I've been logged out, and it doesn't try to authenticate by fingerprint, like I asked it to last time I logged in.

★★☆☆☆ Continuous crashing. The app used to work fine, but now, when you click on an item, the app crashes and shuts down. I have tried clearing the data and uninstalling then reinstalling to no avail.
