If you have their app you can pay your bill so much quicker and safer than ever before. I have heard a rumor, that they maybe offering a discount off your bill if you pay it through the app and have the payment come right out of your bank and the two computers do all the work. Saving Reliant a lot of money and labor costs. Makes sense to me how about you. You do all the work to pay your bill to them, and they give you an automation discount. Now that's a great idea, I think even Elon Musk would.

I was making a payment via app by redeeming points on my credit card, and they charged the whole payment. Chat function was useless, no real person. Called, they were basically too-bad-so-sad, dispute it with your bank while we charge you $25 PLUS a late fee. App still takes forever to load, can't cancel payments. These money-hungry billionaires have NO grace, no empathy, they dgaf. I bet all these 5 stars are phony.

Every time I'm trying to log in, it kicks me out, it gives me a message issue something went wrong try again later. So I try again later still acting up kicks me out and again and again. So I uninstall the app and I already download the app again will see what happen Cross my fingers.

Doesn't work! Payment information wouldn't take PayPal, wouldn't work fail, fail, fail. Uninstalled it. 😡
