BEWARE. this ap uses hypnotism and subliminal messaging to attempt to get you to buy the paid version. DO NOT USE. "Hypnotic booster" plays in the beginning then it prompts you to turn the volume up on hypnotic booster which is only a paid feature. very creepy!!

Honestly, you can't do much without paying £3+. Even small, petty things like leave the music playing after the spoken meditation/hypnosis has finished. Or even more petty, turn off the 'wake up' sound at the end. You have to pay if you want to turn that off. All a bit pathetic. The meditation/hypnosis itself is nice, a decent length with a soothing background. You have to listen each time to a whole speech on how it works first, unless, of course, you pay to get rid of it.
