Cant read required pop-ups for legal disclosures or to locate my pharmacy. You really expect me to agree to a medical consent form I can't even read because your app cuts off half of the right side of the document? What the hell is wrong with y'all

I saw a "doctor" here for something that would only require antibiotics to treat. Hence, the reason for doing the app. The doctor did not help me. She was rude. I felt judged and just unheard as a whole. She also said she would write a note for me not to be charged the $50 fee, however that wasn't the case either! Do not see Dr. MARKEL

When creating an account, the app displays a calendar for birthday. There is no way to directly type in a date. The option is to scroll through years by calendar month

Can't get it to work! When you try to create account it says "can't connect, try again".

I waited over 2 and a half hours and never got a call, just tried again and waited over an hour. Still nothing. Better off going to the emergency room because your wait will be shorter.
