Cannot log in anymore. According to other reviews this has been happening for others way loger than me (some report a year), but for the last month I have not been able to log into my account. 2 weeks ago customer service said they are working on it. You cannot use the smart instant pot without it. Itt becomes an expensive regular instant pot. Update, the company has responded and is making it right. ❤️

Great for starting dinner on your way home, or monitoring the progress. I just wish it wouldn't start on my phone automatically. I'm often using it in the kitchen with no need for remote, but it starts on my phone anyway. It's a bit annoying.

WTH Instant Pot? Why did you replace my Bluetooth remote with a Wi-Fi remote? Now I can't use any of my personally designed and curated recipes with temps and times. My mistake for allowing the update, but way to ruin your product for previous users. Instant pot is going back in the closet, and you bet your life I'm not continuing to support a product line that leaves their early adopters out in the cold.
