I love their products, they are truly amazing, but I really hate the customer service. I have ordered few products and pay the amount in advance. I have tried to them via mail, message and call. They're not responding to anything which is disappointing. I want to cancel my order and get my money back.

This is the worst app. I ordered princess by renee wonderland lip care combo on 1st July still they are not giving reply. And I paid 624 Rs. From my UPI. On WhatsApp they're told you are in que wait for our reply. They don't deserve a single star. But now I'm happy with this product. It's a good product and I got it in good condition. Thanks! And I gave 5 star for the product.

Experience is disgusting. I loved all the renee products that I ordered from other websites but for the first time I order the Kamal directly from renne's official website, and it was a prepaid order and didn't receive it till now and after a long delay there is also not any option to cancel the order or ask for refund. Will I get my package or refund what will be the exact delivery date It's been a month and my order is not delivered either amount is refunded

I have ordered reene Kamal but very bad experience because it is not showing delivery date I want it before 5th November. How we can trust this was my first order I'm very disappointed, and no cancellation can be done I have already pay for my product improve your service you product are so good, but you have to maintain your aap no delivery details. Renee has the worst app. There is no option to cancel or track the order. When you msg Renee on WhatsApp number (which is given on the app) you get no response from them. Pathetic service.
