Great functionality with doorbell cam. Stores media to SD card can diwnloadnonto my phone remotely great image. No problems One suggestion is to be able to dim the intensity of the doorbell LED. Perhaps in a future update

No issues on NVR cameras, but the standalone E1 Zoom camera had to be reset multiple times to start working on the phones. Currently, everything is working, but it hasn't been the most reliable or intuitive system in the past couple of years.

My son recently got an Argus PT Ultra 4k and fell in love and then a few days later also purchased the RLC-823A-16X) and that one is way better and can zoom in on a license plate from over a football field of 2 away. We love these cameras and Relink. Relink has now become are goto place for all security cameras and other stuff as well. Nd their customer service and warranty Team is great as well and very helpful for even the smallest needs and questions. We love Relink. Go buy the RLC-823a-16X)

Here's my opinion as someone, who lives next to a forest. I don't have any big complains about the app. It's complex and settings are hard to find, that's all. The bigger issue are the alarms and animal detection. At default setting of the cameras, coyotes and foxes are rarely detected as animals. Whereas hares, armadillos and raccoons aren't even detected as a movement. But rain gets detected as an animal every minute it rains, and trees get detected as animals whenever the wind blows. 🤦

Reports of new Chinese tracking URLs with App are of grave concern: Suggestion not to update the app until Relink explains itself.... And one star until they do.

NVR playback and live view freezes after a second or two. Nope not connection, internet, firmware, fluent/clear, cache, settings, bitrate. HA can read everything fine, my monitor attached to the NVR is fine. This app is broken. can't access my camera playback or live view from the app

Once a great app, only now let down with missing features and issues. Push to talk audio no longer works on any of my 5 relink Wi-Fi cameras. Also, since the most recent updates, there's no longer an audio preview when using a multi cam view. Seems to be that relink are going backwards and not improving with the lack of features and quality with the updates. The playback is also very laggy now, and I have to run the cams on lower resolution, even though I have full signal and very fast Internet
