★★☆☆☆ I wouldn't use it if my gym hadn't started using it. Very, very slow to load even over 5G. Doesn't stay logged in. Could use some optimization.

★★☆☆☆ What a piece of S*%t. Poor security. Should have basic fingerprint or facial login. Should be able to save your access card in you phone wallet. Instead, you have to use this stupid app. To access the card. Not user-friendly not very intuitive. Who ever designed this should be fired. Any developers and QA's associated with this you should have spoked out about the quality. All you've really done is run your website from within an app. And your website is S*%t. Crash's my phone as well

★★☆☆☆ Do you have a privacy policy - I can't see it anywhere? Please can you publish it in your app - it is law I believe. I want to know what is happening with my personal data. Also, English grammar needs to be better. E.g. "Have you got no account" 😆 and "what activity appeals to you" and" I take advantage of it!" It's just NOT what you'd say. Wouod be better if brushed up on content design, copy write and user researcher. Hope this helps to make it better, thanks 😊
