Hi. Just a suggestion to make the app better. In the My Trips menu. When we click our booking, please add a Cancel Room option. So whenever we want to cancel the booking, it is easier to do so in that specific booking. Don't u think???

They have resolved the issues of logging in. However, free rooms are still not book from the app. I went to Genting Highlands. My app was not able to do the online check in. The front desk manager tried to help me also commented that what's wrong with my app? However now I am at least able to log in to see my points and promotions. That's a big improvement.

Very disappointed with this app. After I reset my phone (to get rid of an unwanted 3td party app.) can't log in this RWG app. App kept insisting I need to log out from previous session. How can I log out from a session which no longer exists. Tried uninstalling and download a new copy. Unfortunately, still can't sign in via the app. App already gone through a few updates, this kind of bugs should have been addressed long ago. Hope RWG is serious about this issue.

Better not purchase online. 2 hour queues at every point. Very few staff helpful rest very unprofessional. If you going for skytroplis indoor theme park and Ripley's believe it or not remember majority half of the 20 plus rides close at 6pm. Others may not be working. No refund or compensation. Manage your time otherwise Genting World sells tickets cannot use. No staff or app mention this except tiny brochures at ticket counter. Only managed 1 ride after standing in different queues for 3 hrs.

Not able to download. Went to 1st world casino customer service center unable to help. Now still staying in Genting hotel room till 31 oct check out. Terrible ...have to go to Genting machine to get info
