I can't create an account. It keeps telling me that I am not eligible, but my employer told me to get this app. I have requested assistance with creating my account 3 times now in the app and no one has reached out to me.

This whole company has ruined our pharmacy benefits. Really hoping our employer chooses another pbm for next year. Nothing about Right way is convenient. I'm convinced it's operated in someone's garage. Nothing is easy. Registering on the app, filling your prescriptions, sending PAs (can't use CoverMyMeds like everyone else in 2022), it's all an ordeal anytime you need to do something pharmacy related.

When I go click on sign in on my android the sign on box and password box are covered. I can't see what I am typing. I have to hit the back button just to move to the password box. PLEASE FIX THIS.
