★★☆☆☆ This most certainly is NOT an app for residents of Riverside County of California. I didn't need to download it to figure this out, either. Know how I know that? Here's a clue: "What's in a name? A rose by any other name would smell as sweet." That's right, Claire Danes said that. Prolly wrote it, too. She's smart like that. Point is: THIS APP IS FOR RIVCO EMPLOYEES. THIS APP IS NOT FOR RESIDENTS, VISITORS, TOURISTS, TRAVELERS, OR "PEOPLE INTERESTED" in Riverside County, California (mostly bc that last group is fictitious). If you don't believe me, that's your choice. And it's a choice made against good judgment, prevailing evidence, and Claire Danes. TheIR app, LLC -- you ought to be ashamed.

★★☆☆☆ Can't even log in. The instructions say your unique identifier is your employee ID, it says it is not valid. Unless I got fired and don't know it, I think I know my own ID. Junk. Uninstalled. Too bad, I need the software discount, I just bought a new computer.
