★★★★★ Easy to check accounts and transfer money to and from accounts.

★★★★★ This makes banking from another state so much better, No more calls to check balance. I just open app and do my banking myself.

★★☆☆☆ I like many people are alive 24/7 365 I know river bank like most banks have hours of operation but computer servers can run 24/7 365. So why doesn't the river bank app? If I want to check my balance at 2:30am obviously I can't go into the bank hence the app BUT NO! This app apparently also has hours of operation which is total B.S. and aren't even specified. It appears that between 10pm and 5am I am not ALLOWED to check my balance. *6/23/22 update still can't check after 10pm*

★★☆☆☆ I used the mobile banking feature to deposit my check and the deposit was accepted but still has not been posted to my account.
