Edited review. River got back to me and said my account information doesn't match. Upon asking them why it didn't match and if I could provide identification they ignored me. They simply will not let me set up an account. I've never had issues with crypto in the past. Stay away from river. Strike Bitcoin is much better.

The 1-star reviews are spot on. I downloaded it and was proactive by getting verified etc. Before putting money on there and wasting my time. "Thank you for providing the requested documentation. Our Compliance team has reviewed your submission, and we are unable to approve your account for sending Bitcoin at this time. Please note that you are still able to buy, sell, hold and receive Bitcoin on the platform. You are eligible to resubmit for review to send Bitcoin on or after Feb 27, 2025."
