★★☆☆☆ This app is a mess. Doesn't load, doesn't accept password on the rare chance it does load. I have to use website if I want to look at anything.

★★☆☆☆ Did an order on 5/13/23 online and I always make sure the info is updated. Placed the first order and after checking out it showed an old address, so I called and talk to 3 male reps who were rude no help raised their voice and told me I couldn't cancel the order, and it hadn't been 5 mins of doing the transaction. Spoke to a 4th person who canceled the first order but still hasn't credited my account and stayed on the phone with me to do another. Spoke to 2 supervisors. Please Credit my account

★★☆☆☆ The app doesn't open. I've tried for 2 days. Installing, uninstalling, re-installing, still doesn't work. Doesn't load.

★★☆☆☆ This app never works right. Constantly doesn't want to log in with the correct password. doesn't give accurate info and will not allow you to make a payment through it. Once paid off I will delete it and not use Romans again as phone customer support isn't much better.
