Why should I allow access to contacts and photos on my cell phone before the Roberts app can be activated?

Cannot access the app anymore. Saying the data license for this device has been superseded. I don't care about a new version I am very happy with the old version. Why force us to buy again? This is unethical. I don't care how long it took you to update to the new version. Sell it to new subscribers. I want my old version back because that is what I paid for.

The zip files keep failing to download. It would stop downloading one zip file and would not contunue to the next, just constantly downloading and then failing and starting again. Have to restart my phone to make it continue to the next zip file and when I got to zip file 15, it wiped clean and started from zip file 1

Why create a new app when you could of just updated this one. Now I have to pay the same amount for the new edition after being promised that this app would be adding new birds and content when updated??? You've basically stolen money from people and expect people to buy the new one that has 9 new birds after promising to update this app and add new birds and content? How is that fair? I think people who have bought this edition deserve a discount on the second edition??
