Very good service, professional, and highly punctual. Very fast when it comes to pick up now taxi option. However, there is a small problem concerning the reservation option. The chosen time doesn't match the confirmation text message. I ordered a taxi to come at 14.00 but the message I received said 15.00, luckily I cleared things with the driver quickly. I hope you check this issue for the future. Thank you

Better than uber. No phone requirement, with use of whatsapp, and need to pay cash actually helps the driver. I don't think the app collects revenue from pick ups (how could they with cash) except for some driver membership fee?

No expected arrival time. Driver asked more money than the price on the app. Driver went to the wrong location to pick us up. Very disappointing

The minimum fee is too expensive compared to the already expensive CAREEM and even compared to shat UBER used to charge when they were operating here 👎 what's the point then 😕
