★★★★★ Customer service hardly ever respond to my questions, plus if they do, it is in Spanish. I can't read or speak Spanish. However, the rook motion is a phenomenal fitness tracker and the ONLY one designed for Kan goo Jumps. When I get my Kan goo certification, I plan to sale/use them in my gym. I give it a perfect score (10) for the tracker and a (5) for customer service.

★★☆☆☆ The app keep logging me out very often. The app erase my profile info and picture. And today I can't even log in. Not even using Facebook, email or google accounts to log in.
