★★☆☆☆ I have to give a 1 star review even though the content is great for kids, except for the problem I have below. - If I had access to what I'm paying for, it would be a 5 star review. I've contacted Rooplay and received no response. Why am I getting charged for the monthly subscription when I have no access?. My monthly sub is due soon, but it keeps telling me to either subscribe (which I have had for quite awhile now), or get the free trial . There is nothing worse than seeing your 5 year old child getting all excited to play a Rooplay game, but can't because the app thinks the parent doesn't have a subscription (which I do and being charged for it (proof being in emails and statements), and not being able to access the product being paid for on a monthly basis.
