Works just fine, it shows the main things I want to know during the ride (power, HR), but it could do a lot more. It's not showing the degrees of a climb, during a ride, for example. Also, the actual app is very basic. You can't access your favorite workouts, but can find all the workouts and routes. It's good, and it does its job if I want to see the in-ride data up close.

4☆ b/c could use some tweaks, my review is focusing on its use during the "ride". Switched from SWIFT to ROUVY after 4 years, overall glad I did. This companion app is not as polished. It is pretty sparse, that kept it easy to read. The metrics it provides are not what I focus on when using a trainer & you can't change them or anything else on the interface/ display. You can switch b/n the preset screens. The "buttons" for swapping screens were small. It's not as functional a remote either.

***Update*** I tried unpairing my trainer then reconnecting and since doing this I have had no dropouts. Been using for a year now and a great app better than the main rivals. However Since this week's update I am now experiencing constant dropouts from the trainer and get N/A on speed cadence etc. for about 2 seconds, and then it picks up again!! Never had this before the update. Looks.like it loses Bluetooth connection for a few seconds. Happens multiple times!! Any advice?

As much as I like ROUVY, their companion app boggles my mind: I didn't even use it at first, but then wanted to put various routes and workouts together into a "playlist". Rouvy says this is possible in the companion app (Ride Later), but I can only add routes but no workouts (warm up, cool down etc.) A bit bothersome and lame when one of the main advertised features of the app actually doesn't work at all.

Never been able to log in. Facebook login simply fails every time, whilst working fine on other apps.

Very flaky app. Half the time it will connect to the main app and display data, other times it connects but doesn't launch the controller. Has the ability to choose rides, but that doesn't select them in the main app, so essentially a useless feature. If it did what it was meant to it would be great, but due to the above, iv removed it until they get it working.
