App does not allow the neighbors of "Rover-Sitters" to review how Rover is destroying neighborhoods BARK, BARK, BARK, BARK, BARKING, BARKING, BARKING, BARKING! Additionally, the app doesn't explain how if you call your homeowners insurance and tell them that you're a Rover sitter how your homeowner's policy will be canceled instantly! No one seems to point out that homeowners insurance policies will not cover the liability of your Rover sitting home based residential business venture.

The company does not take its clients seriously. I had a dog sitter who lost my dog and the sitters are STILL on the platform and I got no compensation or even an apology. Use Rover at your own risk. Response to the reply: No they will not do anything. I've exhausted all my options. They said they'll "take action" against the sitter but can't tell me anything else due to privacy reasons. The sitters are STILL on the platform over a year after the incident
