★★☆☆☆ So my review keeps disappearing. Hmm? This is my third time. Basic claim process okay. Unfortunately missing some categories (available on the website but not the app) specifically ostomy supplies. Annoying that there's no option to remember login info so have to log in again every time, a cumbersome, multistep process with this app. Needs to be more efficient, and have all categories please. Uninstalled for now, will use the website. Will check again at some point and see if it's improved.
