As someone who is extremely hesitant to pay for workout apps, I am extremely glad I decided to try this one! Rubber Bands allows users to inventory their bands and equipment, work out from an existing routine, or create their own, so the options are limitless! In addition, each exercise is accompanied by at least one video showing how the movement can be done. The app recommends what band to use based on your stats, so some of the guesswork is eliminated from choosing bands. 5/5 for sure!!

I love it for my resistance band training. However, I will also like videos on how to do certain exercises, like, what is a Spanish squat or reverse raise? Update: I didn't explore the app enough, they actually have instruction videos
